The motion-based dancing game Zumba Fitness has reached sales of 3 million units since launch. The game has been responsible for nearly tripling sales for Majesco during the latest sales period, enticing them to launch a sequel due out in November.
Sales data from the company does not dispense the breakdown between Xbox 360, PS3 or Wii, but does confirm that nearly 1 million units have sold since the last update in June.
The sequel will be coming out to Wii, with an updated version going to another, unnamed console in 2012.
