Xbox 360 Owners Play 31 Million Halo: Reach Games

Bungie's Halo: Reach took the industry by storm last week, very quickly generating over $200 million in sales. The game already beat out Halo 3 in terms of concurrent players online on Xbox Live, and now Bungie has unveiled a list of more impressive statistics for the title.

The developer says 31 million games have been played in Reach since launch, and 953 man-years have been spent in matchmade games while 1365 man-years have been spent in campaign mode. 

Other interesting tidbits:

  • 98,000,000 Player-games have been recorded
  • 8,214,338 Daily Challenges have been completed
  • 255,996 Weekly Challenges have been completed
  • 78,499,560,895 Total Credits have been earned
  • 854,107 files have been uploaded
  • 577,804 recommendations have been sent to friends
  • 4,619,455 files have been downloaded
