Video: Capcom, Sega, Kojima Productions and More Embracing Project Natal

Posted September 25, 2009 by James Brightman

During the Tokyo Game Show Microsoft already unveiled extensive industry support from top publishers/developers for the company's upcoming Project Natal motion control system. Today, Microsoft sent IndustryGamers some new videos of major Japanese developers discussing the opportunity that Natal brings to them and the industry in general.

Japanese developers are always interesting to hear from since they tend to have a different design approach/philosophy than game makers in the West. Perhaps Microsoft's Project Natal will finally help the Xbox platform gain further penetration in the Japanese marketplace. These developers certainly seem excited by the prospects.

The seven videos below are in the following order:  Yozo Sakagami (Namco Bandai), Keiji Inafune (Capcom), Keisuke Kikuchi (Tecmo), Kenichiro Imaizumi (Kojima Productions/Konami), Toshihiro Nagoshi (Sega), Masanori Takeuchi (FromSoftware), and Naoki Maeda (Bemani Production/Konami). Enjoy.
