Despite concerns that Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Conviction would be delayed again, Ubisoft confirmed its release date squarely in the first quarter of 2010. The publisher also confirmed a delay of the PC version of Assassin's Creed II. "Assassin’s Creed 2 PC has moved to the first quarter of 2010. A bit more time for the dev team to deliver the best quality game to you," said Ubisoft in a Twitter post.
