In October 2009, reports were that Transmission Games was shutting down for good. However, Develop is reporting that the core team from the Melbourne, Australian developer have founded a new studio just four miles down the road.
“Trickstar Games is Australia’s newest, but most experienced games development studio. Founded in 2009 in Melbourne, Australia, Trickstar Games is a core assembly of some of the greatest development talent in the country,” says the Trickstar website. “The Trickstar team’s long history of working together, developing and delivering successful titles has ensured a strong bond within the studio. The team has established a solid production pipeline and have made quality the foundation of the studio.”
Trickstar is currently hiring for as yet unannounced titles.
