Last year, Zynga filed a lawsuit against Brazilian social game publisher Vostu, alleging that the company had copied some of Zynga’s best titles. Though Vostu and Zynga later settled the matter, it seems the shoe is now on the other foot.
Last week, Zynga launched Dream Heights on the Canadian version Apple App Store. NimbleBit, developer of the iOS hit Tiny Tower, noticed that the game looked really familiar. In response, NimbleBit’s Ian Marsh posted the following image via Twitter yesterday.

Ouch.
NimbleBit co-founder Dave Marsh also commented on the matter.
“Even when you refuse to go work for Zynga, sometimes you end up doing work for Zynga anyway,” Marsh wrote on Twitter. “I don't wish Zynga any ill will, I just think it's depressing for all the devs at Zynga that don't have creative freedom.”
