Today, Square Enix revealed Gun Loco, their all-new third-person shooter collaboration with toy designer Kenny Wong. Gun Loco will provide a sprint-action single and multiplayer shooter exclusively for the Xbox 360.

At the edge of our solar system, a menagerie of insane criminals are incarcerated on a prison planet and left to die. In this setting, each faction fights for survival and power. Through seven climate zones and stylized maps, players will take aim at each other in the ruins of a dead civilization, adding each region’s denizens to the tally of the dead.
In Gun Loco’s third-person perspective, players will vault, run, and duck over and through various terrain while fighting their enemies. Each character comes with their own specialized kill move and taunt, in addition to a varied arsenal of pickups. 12-player online multiplayer matches will come with a full range of game modes and multiplayer arenas.
Each character in Gun Loco has a distinct visual style designed by Kenny Wong, founder of kennyswork, co-founder of Hong Kong-based Brothersfree and co-creator of the cult Brothersworker series of collectible action figures. Every bizarre character has been hand-crafted as an actual action figure by Kenny, and then digitally scanned in the game. Gun Loco will bring each of these characters to life when it releases in 2011 for Xbox 360.

I think they meant to say "timed" exclusive. Thats been the norm over the last two years with the majority of third party 360 exclusives and I'm pretty sure that trend will continue.
