While Will Wright has been keeping himself busy with various secret projects at Stupid Fun Club, it hasn't been clear what exactly those projects were, other than the fact that they weren't traditional video games. IGN is reporting, however, that they have discovered that one of the projects is actually a TV show called The Creation Project.
In collaboration with former president of Spike TV and Nickelodeon Albie Hecht, who will apparently work as a producer, the show will be about... the creation of a TV series. Users will apparently submit story ideas via texting or email, which will then be discussed by other users who will decide on a favorite. The chosen storyline will be produced as two half-hour episodes.
One of the proposed elements of The Creation Project will be the "StoryMaker Engine" that will allow users to design their own storyboards using uploaded or pre-existing images. While the documents uncovered suggest that The Creation Project could debut as soon as this year, nothing has been officially announced yet.
