While Genesis emulators have been struck down on multiple occasions on the App Store, Gizmodo reports that Sega's finally releasing one of their own. In the beginning of February, Sega will launch the Ultimate Genesis app which will come with Space Harrier II for free and the option to download additional games.
Games like Sonic the Hedgehog, Shining Force and Golden Axe will be available for anywhere between $2.99 and $5.99. Future titles are promised to be coming in the future.
