The upper echelons of Kinect Sports: Season Two developer Rare has seen the addition of four new personnel recently. The new hires include audio director Jon Vincent, executive producer Danny Issac, software director Andrew Dennison, and technical art director Peter Ridgeway.
"Everyone at Rare welcomes the skills and input of some of the industry's most exciting people as we boost an already strong talent base with these latest hires," said senior studio director Craig Duncan. "As a first party Microsoft studio, our mission is to attract the brightest and best talent in the business. These four appointments demonstrate that we are well on our way to achieving this."

The gentlemen hail from a number of different studios, including Ubisoft Reflections, Codemasters, and Relentless Software.
