Nintendo's Wii may not be having such a great year, as momentum has practically dried up, but believe it or not, the console is home to the best selling game in the U.S. this year (through September). Thanks to an NPD top 20 chart in the middle of Nintendo's mid-term briefing, we see that Ubisoft's Just Dance 2 is the top seller in 2011.
Pokemon Black and Pokemon White were also right near the top, sandwiching Epic's Gears of War 3. It's worth noting that the only other Wii titles (other than New Super Mario Bros. at #20) are also in the dance/fitness genre. Also, Xbox 360 has proven itself to be a leader in software sales with 10 titles overall.
