PlayStation Vita US 3G Plans Revealed? [Report]

Posted January 3, 2012 by M.H. Williams

If you’re planning on picking up a Vita when it launches in February, you already have to add the cost of a game and a memory card to the original $249 price.  Potential owners of the Vita 3G model have been in the dark about how much the 3G service will cost, but someone decided to just ask AT&T for details.

According to GameZone, who spoke to an AT&T retailer, the prices are as follows:

  • 250MB of data - $14.99 per month
  • 2GB of data - $25 per month

Current AT&T subscribers will note those are the same plans they offer for other 3G devices.  There’s been no official announcement from AT&T yet, so these prices are not currently set in stone.
