OnLive is set to go with their launch of the cloud gaming service to the U.K., and to celebrate the news they’ve announced a new control scheme that will absolutely ‘blow your mind.’ OnLive CEO Steve Perlman has confirmed that several titles for the service will be controlled through the iPad and Android devices, rather than stick to the regular controller.
"[From Dust] is a great example where they've taken an extremely high performance game which you could never possibly run on a tablet, and they've made it available on tablets using cloud computing," said Perlman to CVG.
"You're going to see more and more of this. In fact, some of the games that are coming out that are triple-A games and have been announced, they've not announced that they're going to have touch interfaces just for OnLive - and they are going to blow your mind."
So far, those titles utilizing the new scheme have not been announced, but news is sure to follow in the wake of the U.K. launch.
