Mickey Officially Epic

Posted October 5, 2009 by David Radd

Warren Spector's project at Disney has been widely expected for years now, but at the same time mercurial in status and details. Today, Game Informer put most of the speculation to rest by revealing that their November issue will detail the next project by Spector's Junction Point: Disney Epic Mickey.

Epic indeed.

Contrary to previous pieces of concept art that depicted a more steam-punk take on the Disney animated universe, the cover picture of this Game Informer looks more like a painting being taken over by dark magic. Game Informer #199 is expected to be available October 12, 2009.

I don't spend any time in it. It's obvious, though, that it is appealing to some people out there, or else the number of users would not be climbing at a precipitous rate.
