Leaking just ahead of the Spike Video Game Awards, the anticipated Metal Gear Rising trailer has been revealed, confirming Platinum Games’ involvement. The trailer was unfortunately leaked ahead of launch, winding up on popular gaming forum NeoGAF. The trailer showcased some of the familiar sequences known to Metal Gear fans, while introducing the new hack-and-slash gameplay.
While Platinum Games had previously denied working on the title, the new trailer presents evidence to the contrary. The developer went on record to Kotaku earlier this year saying that they had no involvement with the game.
