The comic series Mass Effect: Redemption has apparently been selling out at retail, with the final issue in the four-part mini-series set to release April 7. The prequel story has done so well that Big Download is reporting that publisher Dark Horse will launch another series based on the Mass Effect universe, and this time it will be on an ongoing monthly basis.
Citing Comic Book Resources, which attended the Emerald City Comic-Con, Mac Walters and John Jackson Miller will return for another Mass Effect series. While Mass Effect: Redemption serves as a prequel to Mass Effect 2, the new series will apparently take place after the events of the second game.
