Live Gamer Raises $8.5 Million in Funding

Live Gamer, an online storefront for trading and selling virtual goods, has raised another $8.5 million in funding.  This new funding comes care of Charles River Ventures and Kodiak Venture Partners, bringing the company’s total funding to $30 million.

Live Gamer also recently purchased gaming ad network gamerDNA and advertising platform BrandPort to increase its advertising capabilities for publishers.
