Social game developer Kabam has announced the acquisition of Fearless Studios, the independent studio founded by former LucasArts senior executive producer Haden Blackman and director of engineering Cedrick Collomb. Both gentlemen and the rest of their team at Fearless will join the Kabam team.

We’ll significantly strengthen our industry leadership as the online gaming market transitions to higher fidelity, 3D gameplay with our acquisition of Fearless Studios.”

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
