DESCRIPTION

The Sales Manager will be a dynamic, top sales producer who will be responsible for prospecting new business, managing accounts, and meeting monthly and yearly sales goals . The salesmanager will be an integral team member responsible for selling integrated packages and media across online and events. We’re looking for an individual with a proven track record in media & digital sales. The sales manager must have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, be self-motivated and accountable, and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on, team-oriented environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Create, package, and present sales proposals
  • Target businesses looking to communicate with executives in the games business
  • Create custom and creative sponsorship packages and advertising campaigns
  • Identify prospects and penetrate the organization at the highest level
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Interact extensively with agency and client personnel
  • Work with sales team to organize, implement, and track campaigns
  • Frequently provide management with pipeline reports and forecasts in a timely manner
  • Tracking of client and prospect contacts through our proprietary sales system
  • Respond to incoming RFPs

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  •  A track record of consultative sales success
  • Knowledge of online advertising, background in video games, social games and b2b sales a plus
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to win business while cultivating and maintaining account relationships
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and shift priorities as necessary
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines
