Guillermo del Toro is no longer directing the The Hobbit movies, but that doesn't mean his plate isn't fully. In fact, the Los Angeles Times is reporting that he is finalizing a deal to work with THQ.
del Toro did recently say he was working with a company on "games that are going to be technically and narratively very interesting." Reports are that THQ's executive vice president of core games Danny Bilson is leading the efforts to bring del Toro on. The deal is expected to be formally announced in the next few weeks.
