GDC Announces Sid Meier and Keiji Inafune to Speaking Engagements

Posted January 25, 2012 by Ben Strauss

The Annual Game Developers Conference has added several new big names to the speaking list, including venerated developers Sid Meier and Keiji Inafune.  The two developers will be speaking on two radically different topics with Meier focusing on creating rewarding choices for gamers while Inafune speaks to the challenges facing the Japanese game development industry.

Also added to the list are the developers behind League of Legends, Riot Games’ Travis George will discuss the challenges and rewards of the massively online battle arena genre that has continued to grow thanks in part to the popular free-to-play title.

GDC takes place March 5 through March 9 in San Francisco at the Moscone Center.
