Game Talent Studio Announces its Ambition

Ambition Production and Management announced today that it has officially launched and formed a new production and management studio focused squarely on video gaming talent in Los Angeles. Founding partners in this venture include former Interactive Studio Management senior partner Dan Lee Rogers, former Collision Studios CEO andhead of Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment Philippe Erwin, and former VP of Business Development for Licensing and Acquisitions at Midway Games Lee Jacobson.

“This is truly a unique opportunity,” says Jacobson. “Coming from both the development and publishing worlds, I know how precious time is when sorting through development opportunities; why it is vitally important that developers package their projects in a way that allows publishers to get the approval required at any major video game publisher. It’s great too to be surrounded by gentlemen with complementary skills. Dan Rogers has already worked successfully representing game studios for over 10 years, concluding countless deals for interactive clients.  Philippe Erwin’s experience as an attorney at Loeb and Loeb, LLC, and then as an executive at both Activision and Warner Bros. Interactive, helps us to achieve a level of competency that is essential in the interactive industry today.”

“What makes Ambition different are the services we provide independent developers,” added Erwin. “The experience of Ambition’s partners spans a number of key practices, from legal to production to publishing.  We offer what no one else in the industry can: a comprehensive set of business tools and skilled partners capable of dealing with everything from getting a deal, game financing, licensing and distribution options and comprehensive legal support. Having us as their business managers 24/7 really allows studios to focus on what they do best: make great games.”

“Ambition is already negotiating with a number of Hollywood partners as well,” added Rogers.  “More will be forthcoming on this front, but suffice to say the time is ripe to provide Hollywood with a trusted partner to help them reach into the interactive world in a way that preserves the lion’s share of revenue for the creators of intellectual property rather than the publishing chain.”

So we have a new Production and Management Studio in Ambition! With the experienced hands behind it, from both the development and publishing worlds, I am sure that they are going to make an impression in the industry and they have the added edge of having experience in the fields of law, publishing and production! Having all round knowledge in the field of gaming they will be have no difficulty in finding their way to bagging some of the “big wigs” as their clients!! where is justin bieber right now
