The second of Zynga’s high profile marketing collaborations in FarmVille, Dreamworks Animation and Zynga announced today that ‘Megamind’, Dreamworks new film, will be getting a new space within the game. The film’s lead character will launch his own Mega-Farm theme park within the title, bringing characters from the film to digital life. The film is scheduled for release this Friday, November 5.

The event will last only 24 hours, but stands as the first feature-film promotion done with FarmVille. Players who interact with the space have a chance to get the special ‘Mega-Grow’ item, which allows them to instantly grow crops, in addition to a collectible item for display within their farms.
