BioWare Founder Ray Muzyka confirmed that there will be Kinect support in Mass Effect 3. Uses shown included both choosing dialog options, allowing players to simply say the on screen prompt to choose it.
Another option will be voice driven tactical control. Squad-mates can be ordered to both move and use their abilities.
