Today, Enterbrain [thanks Andriasang] announced the total game sales in Japan for the fiscal year ending March 28, 2010, coming in at 549,060 million yen, marginally down from the 552,420 million yen generated last year. Hardware sales fell 6.6 percent compared to 2008, with 216,180 million yen this year compared to 231,520 million yen last year, while software actually increased 3.7 percent to 332,880 million yen from 320,900 million yen.
