Call of Duty's launch has not been completely without some hiccups, as problems persist on the Call of Duty Elite service offered as DLC. Given Call of Duty’s status as the biggest launch of the year, these kinds of problems are perhaps not unheard of, but Activision is already working to provide a solution to those without their paid service.
"You're frustrated, we know it, and we know we need to fix it," said Activision in a statement to consumers. "We are committed to Call of Duty Elite for the long haul and are working around the clock to resolve these issues."
Those with ‘Founder’ status will have an added free month of Elite, with those still on the fence about ordering getting another month to decide.
Activision says that their systems were ‘crushed’ by the login attempts, and that there was ‘greater than expected demand.’
