Bethsoft Resumes Legal Fire on Interplay

Posted January 8, 2010 by David Radd

In December 2009, Bethsoft's injunction against Interplay over misuse of the Fallout license was denied by a Maryland court. Duck and Cover, however, is reporting that Bethsoft has reloaded and is ready to continue the lawsuit.

Bethsoft has filed an appeal for the original court ruling on the injuction. The publisher has apparently withdrawn from their relationship with DLA Piper, instead teaming up with the lawyers from Steptoe and Johnson, LLC.

Leave Interplay alone!!! Played Out? Sure it is but still let Interplay be. I want to see them make a comeback.
