Fatal Frame 2

Hands down, the scariest game that I’ve ever played.  And as I played it with a room full of observers, they were equally drawn in.  On several occasions I actually had to stop playing because I was just too creeped out.  That level of immersion and the fact that it was just as enjoyable for people watching is something that few games have ever achieved.
