Who we are...

James Brightman, Editor-in-Chief & Co-Founder (james@industrygamers.com)

James has been covering the games industry since 2003 and has been an avid gamer ever since the days of Atari and Intellivision. He was previously the EIC of GameDaily Biz, both before and after GameDaily was acquired by AOL. His work has been featured in BusinessWeek, The Hollywood Reporter, VentureBeat, Xbox.com and he's been frequently quoted in national newspapers and radio.

David Radd, Senior Editor (david@industrygamers.com)

David has worked as a gaming journalist since 2004 at sites such as GamerFeed, Gigex and GameDaily Biz. His keen understanding of the games business has been an invaluable asset as IndustryGamers quickly built up a loyal professional readership in all corners of the industry.

Mark Friedler, Publisher (mark@industrygamers.com)

Mark joined the IndustryGamers team in January 2010. He's a veteran game industry expert with deep relationships in all aspects of the games and advertising industries. He was founder of Internet technology and advertising firms VCast and Gigex. He was most recently the founder and CEO of GameDaily, which was acquired in 2006 by Time Warner's AOL. In addition to building the IndustryGamers brand as Publisher, he also serves as a consultant and advisor to leading technology companies and entrepreneurial CEOs.

Justin Davis, Sales & Business Development (justin@hammersuit.com)

Justin Davis started his career as a games journalist at GameDaily BIZ in 2003. He went on to co-found handheld and mobile game site Modojo.com and has been published in 1up.com, IGN.com, and elsewhere. In 2008 he became General Manager of Hammeruit LLC and now manages sales and business development efforts for the company.
